Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception is open 24/7! We planned to stay for 2 nights, but we were enjoying Chiang Mai so much that we booked 2 extra nights at check out and another night after our trip to Pai, which was all fine. We did have to check out in order to get the new room though but that was understandable. Unfortunately this second room had a leaking air-conditioner but they helped us to another room and gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. We could even leave our luggage there for the 3 days we were off to Pai, for no additional charge! The rooms are good and silent.

property was nice, super reasonable. standard bedrooms which were made every day and water and towels replaced but not cleaned. loved the location inside the walls and plenty of stuff nearby or a short journey in the car. staff were friendly and we had our washing done while there and it was ready within 24 hours
